Product Info
Have you ever wondered how gin is made? Or where it originated from? Why are modern/contemporary gins so different to one another? Come with us as we walk you through some of these questions and any others that you might have about distilling. We will start off with a brief history of gin and an in depth discussion about how gin is made and the journey that Nine Circles Distillery has been on since its inception.
The ticket price includes a shared grazing board, a guided tasting through our range or products and an in depth discussion about all things distilling. As part of Oyster Month we will also indulge you with an oyster tasting featuring Broadwater oysters and our very own Australian Dry Gin as well as some indigenous botanicals. Guiding you through this masterclass will be distillery owner Cat Coathup who will impart some of her knowledge of distilling in relaxed atmosphere.
Stay on after your masterclass and enjoy a late lunch and drinks over the bar or meet up with friends for an evening of fun.
